Scope & Content Aerial view of Longmont by J?(or F). A. Ricker. Large poster with "bird's-eye" drawing of the town of Longmont in about 1895, showing the railroad, mills, canning factory, downtown, residences, parks and streets. Around the outside of the view are sketches of twenty-seven prominent buildings in Longmont. Promotional text on the poster describes the many good qualities of Longmont -- agriculture, health, industry, "a perfect system of public schools", water supply, churches, etc.
